I also like the Fall semester best. It seems like people are more relaxed in the Fall too.

I do think that a college degree or an advanced degree IS important. Think of everything you have learned in your classes. Maybe you just have not met the right employers yet. People learn so much earning advanced degrees. I'll bet there is a job ...

Hey, this is a great idea. I am so super-busy right now online but I know it is good to always have lots of other plans just in case (you know, Plan B, Plan C, etc.) I appreciate your suggestion. I may wind up doing that. Thank you!

Hi, Tony. Let us know how it goes. I also had trouble with math in school. I had to take a remedial math class. It was a really good class, though. The teacher was really good. I finally got some math concepts that I had not been able to understan...

About Me

Hi, everyone! It's great to know you.

I was recently a nontraditional student. I went back to school to get my teaching certification. I learned a lot about teaching and about going back to school. I would like to help anyone here on the group site who has questions or just needs some help.

Please feel free to email me anytime with questions or just to say hi. I usually am online most days to check my email. If I am not online, then I will be soon, or the next day.

I took mostly English classes, drama, and also journalism classes, and some psychology too, if that helps anyone.

About me:
I live at The Garden Spot in Kentucky. I like to garden, write, blog, and work on my websites. I also help nontraditional students at my website, blog and Yahoo group.

Here are my Nontraditional Student sites:

The Nontraditional Student site
The Nontrad blog
The Nontrad Yahoo group
The Nontrad Twitter page

Here are some of my other websites and blogs:

The New Social Me

I asked a bunch of people to be my friend yesterday and today. I am liking actually doing that this time on these sites. I am not sure whether or not to start a Ning group yet. I am already so busy with all my other sites and projects. But it was fun to add friends.

First of all you pronounce my name Jean then add a long a to the end, sounds French. But mine isn't. I live in the southwestern part of Idaho, I came from Missouri so we say creek also. However there are people back there that say crick too. Don't know where those people originated though. Maybe we say creek because I was born in Kansas before moving to Missouri when I was 3.
